The server of X is down again
Servers of popular social media platform X (formerly Twitter) are down again. As a result, the former Twitter suddenly stopped working around the world. Many users have complained that they are not able to use X account. When entering the website or app, the timeline appears blank.
Outage tracking website downdetector.com reported on Thursday (Dec 21) that users of both the X and its premium version X Pro around the world were experiencing problems.
They said that if you enter X's website, you can see the names of the trending issues, but the timeline is blank. There is only a message showing 'Welcome to X'. "Waiting for post" appears in the timeline of RX Pro users.
According to Downdetector, the news agency Reuters reported that more than 47,000 X users in the United States are facing this problem. Many in Bangladesh also reported the same situation. X has not yet officially announced anything about this.
However, the microblogging website has encountered such problems several times this year. Its operations were shut down for several hours each time. A week ago, on December 13, The Verge reported that all outgoing links from X had temporarily stopped working. The problem was fixed about an hour after it was identified.
